As I was reading all of these tipping questions...while emailing my hotel block coordinator (who goes above and beyond for me! Probably the best vendor I have...even if they are a chain and I had never met her!) Do they get tips? I mean, she upgraded my room both nights to a suite for no charge because we're getting hair and make up done there on Saturday morning and needed extra space. AND she is comping my hair dressers parking (which will get me the travel fee for free!)
She works for the Palmer House Hilton downtown Chicago. I don't know if it's even appropriate to tip her since I will never meet her? Or if people with this brand make a little more money?
