Is this okay for my RSVP cards? I am DIY'ing them, myself. The red is what I'm questioning if it's okay according to etiquette faux pas

Example:

The favor of a reply is requested by the Sixteenth of July
We have reserved 2 seats in your honor

Erik Lastname __ happily accepts __ regretfully declines
Tina Lastname __ happily accepts __ regretfully declines

    Very true. I changed it to simply accepts/ declines, anyway. I like it much better, so thanks for thowing it out there!
