After looking at pocketfolds, kangaroo pockets and other options, I've decided that I really don't want a pocket with all of the extra inserts. Instead, we're going to go with a simple folded card with a pattern layer behind it. Luckily, I have most of the supplies in my craft box downstairs, so I did a test run this afternoon.
I made the outer card out of black cardstock (special help with my scoring board to get the right folds), and the pattern paper is from another bride's excess order from Cards and Pockets. The left card with our logo will be the invite, and the right will be the info card, directing people to our website to RSVP and for other info. (I know most people prefer to have an RSVP card, but FI is putting so much work into creating a custom online RSVP function, that I couldn't deny him using it.)
Also, please ignore the little red tile on the front -- I didn't have any red cardstock, so I just colored a white one with a marker for now.
