Hi all!  I'm fairly new to the boards, but I had to share some exciting news! It's so nice to share with people that are doing all their wedding planning the same time I am!

I'm going to try on wedding dresses tomorrow for the first time ever! I can't wait! I'm just ready to burst!

    Thanks so much!

    My FI and I met 2 1/2 years ago.  He proposed on Christmas morning under my Christmas tree! We are getting married at the Granite Rose on August 13, 2011.  We're so excited! He is currently living in Connecticut, so most of our relationship has been long distance and has resulted in one of us travelling to see the other every weekend.  We can't wait until we don't have to travel anymore!

    It finally seems real now that we are going shopping for a dress! I'll be sure to put pictures up! I'm going shopping at Marry and Tux in Nashua with my mom and my FI's mom.  Should be interesting! :)

    Thanks so much for all of the advice and well-wishes! I'll keep you all posted!

    if you end up finding something at marry & tux, let me know if you want a $25 off coupon cause I can send it to you or something :) i had a great experience there and they told me my dress would take up to 8 months (standard time) and it came in in 2! good luck & have fun !
