sauk valley resort question

we just decided to have our wedding at the sauk valley resort in brooklyn mi. i was curious if anyone has been to a wedding there lately and how the food was.

    I worked a wedding there once. I didnt eat but I just wanted to let you know that if guests use a GPS to get there they will end up at a house that is a mile or so away so make sure you include a map or directions.

      I went to a wedding there years ago, but the bride brought food in. It was a nice location, but it is a little difficult to find (as pp said, GPS takes you to the wrong place).

    This is also a place of interest for my Fiance' and myself for our 2012 wedding 
    I don't know anyone that has had a reception there.. BUT..

    we are thinking of our wedding there as well and are concerened about the menu for it seems a little.. well unimaginative. Does anyone know if they take special requests for dishes?
