  I'm a 29er so I still have a lot to do, lol. Let me see if I can think of everything:

  
  

  - get the marriage license

  - send out RD invites

  - DIY my day-of hoodie

  - finalize numbers with the caterer

  - order the cake topper

  - finalize numbers with the florist

  - submit our song list to the DJ

  - submit our picture list to the photogs

  - pick our signature drink

  - pack for the HM and confirm all of the reservations

  - confirm ceremony details (readings, vows, etc)

  - buy cake boxes

  - finish buying gifts for the bridal party & parents

  - do the seating chart & place cards once we have final numbers

  - assemble the place card holders

  - make appointments for beauty-related things (nails, waxing, etc)

  
  

  Whew! I think those are the major things.

  Last night FI, one of my wonderful bridesmaids, and I finished: 

  
  

  - hand stamping names and table names on over 50 guest cards

  - putting together the table name cards

  - generating the final payments for everything

  - going over the final budget (and figuring out we're under budget!)

  
  

  In the next 5 days: 

  - I need to finish 4 reports for work (really just have Tuesday and maybe Wednesday for this!) and make sure my co-workers backing me up are up to date on any follow up items

  - make sure our day of coordinator has all the necessary details

  - glue the paper airplane middle creases together (to be done Friday)

  - today we need to clean the apartment and fold laundry before FI's sister, her husband, and their baby get here

  - put together tip envelopes for the vendors

  - write thank you cards to the bridal party and parents

  - pick up my dress! 

  - go see my mom for the last time before the wedding and honeymoon

  - FI needs to get a haircut

  - pick up our friends arriving from Germany from the airport

  - pack for the honeymoon and wedding weekend

  - get my manicure/ pedicure

  - and today I'm congratulating myself on my genius idea of scheduling massages for FI and I today, especially considering my body has decided for the past 3 days that I no longer need to sleep past 5am (no matter what time we go to bed!)...

  Week of September 2nd

  Get remaining thank you cards for helpers

  Final fitting

  Hair cut

  Finalize reception music

  Finalize details for after party

  Figure out make up situation

  Continue assembling favors/escort cards

  Finish off card box

  Make a list of must have photos

  make appointments for waxing and manicure

  
  

  Week of September 9th

  Meet with photographer

  Burn reception music to disk

  Send FB invite for after party

  Wrap all thank you gifts

  Finish assembling favors/escort cards

  Write thank you toast

  Finish thank you cards for helpers

  
  

  Week of September 16th

  Call venue with final # and payment information

  Fill in table numbers on escort cards

  Go through packing list and make sure I have everything

  Get potted plants

  Pick up food and booze for welcome dinner

  Drop off non-perishable decor to venue

  Purchase filler flowers

  Get manicure

  Deal with flower arrival
