Tulsa area caterer?

Hi, I'm new to the board. My FI and I are planning our outdoor wedding for October 8, 2011. I'm currently looking for a resonably priced, professional caterer that can do a yummy hors d'oeuvres buffet for about 60 ppl and bartending service. Does anyone have a recommendation? Is there anyone to avoid? Thanks!!

These are the two that I've narrowed by search down to. I chose them because I'm on a very limited budget and they were willing to work with me through email since I'm not in the Tulsa area currently.

PartyServe-- I'm in the wedding industry and have worked with them before and they are awesome! 1 of the largest caterers in Tulsa. If you call- ask for Krisa or Kaila. There very reasonable and great to work with!! Best Wishes!!!
