I noticed a few people mentioned staying on track with WW when they said their top 2 things to do this month. I just (re) joined online yesterday morning. I was on the program in 2010 (I attended the meetings) and I lost 25lbs in 4 months. Since then I've gained 15 of it back & I've been slowly creeping back up to my heaviest weight.
Maybe we could have a weekly or even daily thread for everyone who's doing it for support/accountability?
