Weight Watchers

I noticed a few people mentioned staying on track with WW when they said their top 2 things to do this month.  I just (re) joined online yesterday morning. I was on the program in 2010 (I attended the meetings) and I lost 25lbs in 4 months.  Since then I've gained 15 of it back & I've been slowly creeping back up to my heaviest weight.  

Maybe we could have a weekly or even daily thread for everyone who's doing it for support/accountability?  

When did you join?
What day do you weigh-in?
Do you go to the meetings or participate online?

  • I am in too... I am not doing weight watchers but since Feb of last year I started my lifestyle change (I don't call it a diet...). I do my weigh ins on Monday Although I missed this Monday :o/...

  • I too have changed my eating and I weigh in on Sundays but I am thinking of changing it to Wednesdays. I am 20 days into it and have lost 6 pounds. I have found a lot of great recipes on sparkpeople.com that the whole family loves and that I can eat

  • A really great recipe website is SkinnyTaste.com.  She even lists the points values.  I've never made anything from that site that wasn't absolutely delicious!



  • Hmm I wonder why that is. I do eat all the snacks and meals as called for I just try to choose items that range from 0-3 points tops. I guess I'll try to eat a bit more to see if it boosts the weight loss. Thanks for the tip!!
