What present should I get for my WP???

Well I am sure most of you have read many post where I rant and rave about my wedding planner. She is so amazing and have really made my dream wedding come to life thus far. She has gone far and beyond my expectations.  I want to get her something special for all her hard work but I am not sure what is the right ettiquette.  I thought maybe a fruit basket or something eatible like chocolates but I don't want to offend.  I am not sure if she will be offended by buying her a gift or not,. I am new to all this but I feel like she has really made my wedding experience so easy and smooth that she deserves some thing extra.  If you have any feed back or ideas I would love to know. I will present it to her the day of my wedding which is half a year away... LOL!

    We tipped our WP and got her a box of nice chocolates, with a hand-written Thank You card. I'm sure that whatever you decide on, she will appreciate the gesture!

    We aren't married, yet, but when we hired our planner after firing our previous one, she did to above and beyond as well, so when we met with her during our last trip to Maui, I gave her Ghirardelli chocolates and she loved them! So probably going to give her a bigger Ghirardelli gift set after the wedding a generous tip. :

    I second that question. How much did you tip? I have already been putting out the word about her on this board to help her out since she just opened her business 6 months ago.  I would say that is pretty priceless but would love to leave her a healthy tip. What would you say is healthy but not offending:) Aloha!

    Oh my gosh! I would like to know what to get Yanicke as welll,. She is my wedding planner too! What a coincidence... Well, Hawaii is small: ) She is amazing I cannot believe she has only been in business for a couple of months because sh ehas a great eye and will go voer and beyond to get what you want. Love her! I want to know what I should get her as well. Maybe a 100.00 tip and a spa gift cert. She does love to get pampered. @ Renee we should get together for some tea since we live on the same island and have the same planner:)
