Non-cheesy wedding DJs in the capital area (Latham, October 2012)

We just lost our lead on our DJ. :( I'm bummed because so far what I'm finding from Googling and looking around, SO MANY DJs are so cheesy, and I'm not super interested in a lot of cheese factor. Does anyone have any one they recommend? I'm getting married in Latham on October 6, 2012.

    Check DJ Kenny Casanova www.thedjservice.com .  I'm using him for my upcoming wedding next June, but I've read and heard nothing but great things about him, and his prices are extremely reasonable.  He's in the Albany area.

    Oh hey, I'm looking at an October 2012 wedding in the Capital Region as well. Nothing useful to contribute since I only just started planning, but I just thought that was neat. :)

    Mike Garrasi is our DJ for our 10/12/12 wedding at the Hall of Springs.  He's definitely not cheesy and he's very accomodating.  He books up really quickly, so I'm not sure if he's free for your date.  We booked him in August, and at that time he was already booked up for a few October 2012 dates.  Definitely worth a shot to contact him though.  His website is www.musicmanentertainment.com.  Good Luck!

    Greg Fraiser DJ'd our wedding in October 2009 and he was WONDERFUL!!!  Defnitely no cheesiness, props, etc, but he had the whole crowd dancing and a wonderful time was had by all, totally recommend him!
