Western NC Caterer Carving Stations

Help!

We're getting married near Chimney Rock, NC and need a caterer that does carving stations.  I absolutely LOVE the idea but since we're getting married in the mountains, it's getting hard to find many places that have what we want.  We're getting married at a clubhouse so our venue is literally just the site where we're having the ceremony/reception...everything else is separate!  Any suggestions???

    What site are you getting married at, if you don't mind my asking?

    I'm not too far into wedding planning at the moment, so I am not sure about catering. Have you called Studio Wed? It's in Asheville and is great for those planning a destination wedding :)

    Btw, where in Florida do you live? Pretty much all of our family is coming from there (WPB, Ft Myers, Palm Coast, GVL).
