II'll be doing WR stuff all day while FI sleeps and then goes back to work. Very much appreciating this alone time.

Our thank-you cards came in this week so I'll be going to pick those up from my parents house (our mail at our apartment is unreliable at best) somtime this weekend.

I'm sitting here screwing around with our registries. BBB has a registry event next Saturday morning where we get 20% off our entire purchase, which is pretty awesome. The problem is finding the money to buy the things we wanted from PB and BBB. So I'm sitting here adding things to the shopping cart and gasping and the totals. :P

I have house fever. I need to stop having house fever. STAT.

I am searching for one of my reusable shopping bags so I can hit up Aldi for this weeks supplies.

I should clean house, but my 17 year old sister is visiting and we are going to go to the movies, since I STILL haven't seen Hunger Games

I have H for the whole day, so we are going to once and for all get this house unpacked. We just loaded my car down with boxes to take to the recycling center, which is only open for three hours on Saturday.

And our plumbing is jacked up. I haven't been able to take a full shower in a day. Someone is supposed to be here around noon to clear mud out of one of the backup drains. Ah, the joys of owning new construction.

Swimming sounds good today. If there weren't so many frat d-bags packed in our pool on Saturdays, we'd definitely head over. Yay apartment living...

I somehow almost forgot that our wedding pics are supposed to arrive today. SO EXCITED.

Amanda- That sucks! Do you guys have to pay for it or is it under warranty?

Y'all-I just busted my butt! I was trying to hide the oreos from H, and I got all caught up in my pajama pants...and fell down face first on the tile.

Luckily I only slammed my knee into the ground...and the Oreos are ok too!

Haha, priorities, Kathleen!

Everything is fine. Apparently this happens a lot. State law requires they install these backup drain access things in the back yard of new homes, but it's apparently unnecessary and the thing just got full of mud. Now that I've showered, I feel like a human again!

So a girl from my high school gave her baby a stupid made up name, and she just posted some newborn pics, and there is a picture with the name spelled out in blocks, and someone (not exactly sure whose shoulders this falls on) spelled the name WRONG with the blocks.
I don't know how she didn't notice it, but this is a perfect example of the crap that kid is going to have to go through the REST of his life. Congrats on your baby's unique name. He will hate you for it forever.
