  Yay!!!!!!! Did they already fund the loan? When are you signing the paperwork? Ahhh so excited for you. I totally sympathize with the 11th hour "surprise" documentation requests, and I'm so glad it's working out. Fingers crossed for a smooth funding, recording, and transfer of keys!!

  We've got our appointment at the title company in 5 hours.

  
  

  We have to move tonight instead of tomorrow morning so we can beat the hurricane. So it's a lot of last minute hustle. We were up until midnight last night finishing up packing which we were expecting to have tonight to do.
