Affordable Bridesmaid Dresses

Hi ladies!

I was just wondering what brands to look at for bridesmaid dresses.  I'm looking to keep them around $150 or less.

The only places I'm familiar with for them is David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo (the only ones I've bought were from those brands).  I'm just curious as to where else I could look but won't cost my girls an arm and a leg.

They will be in various states so something that is easily found nationwide would be best.

Thanks!

  • My girls got their dresses at Macy's for about $60. They love them b/c they can wear them again, and one of my girls liked hers so much she bought 3 more in different colors.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

  • J Crew and Ann Taylor both have cute dresses that can be worn again.

My bridesmaids wore dresses from Target to my wedding in Charleston, SC and got RAVE reviews.  We didn't have much time to order, and after 2 failed JCrew attempts, decided to try the Target line out of desperation!  They turned out to be much better made than the JCrew ones that we tried, fit well and were a beautiful color!  They were only $69 which was a hit with my maids!!  Worth a look!

  • I was able to find great dresses at Demetrios for $150. I wore a similar style from David's Bridal recently in a friends wedding, and it worked fine for the day, but wasn't overly comfortable and when I went in for my own wedding, the same dress ripped at the seems even though it was two sizes too large on my sister.
