venue in York/Hanover area less than $1000

I'm looking for a relatively inexpensive venue for my May 2012 wedding near Hanover. I would like to have an outdoor ceremony and either an indoor reception or rent a tent for outdoors. I want to use my own caterer and bring my own alcohol. I was going to use Elickers Grove in Spring Grove, however, I attended a wedding there this weekend and the caretakers of the property live onsite and had a party of their own with food and alcohol from the wedding...and no they did not ask. I'm quite discouraged at this point. I thought I had a venue and now I'm back to square one. I'm a huge DIYer and really want the freedom to do my thing without breaking the bank. Thanks in advance for any help.

    What about Gitt Mansion.. it's the house on Hershey hill off of Rt 194?  Also Shepherd Mansion.. and Cross Keys Convention Center?  Gitt is hard to locate pictures so if you need to see some or information let me know and I'll see what I can dig up for you.

    I am getting married in September in York at Regents' Glen Country Club. They charge $1,000 for Friday and Sunday weddings.  They have the Box Hill Club mansion for inside and a tent, either is included in the site fee, along with tables, chairs, white linens, set up and taking down, etc.
