Good Morning!

I so don't want to be at work and just want to be back at home. With D. Coming back to work after this many days off blows. How is everyone else hanging in there?

I've got work all day. Lots of emails to respond to and monthly reports to do. After work I'm meeting D at the gym. Back to the same ol' routine.

What do you ladies have going on today?

Good morning! I am at work today because I traded Saturday Jan 21st with a co-worker so I could go bridesmaids dress shopping. FI is sick at home and I would so rather be there working on my invites! I have to work 50 hours this week and I am not looking forward to that. I did bring a stack of invites to work on cutting the corners so hopefully I can get those done. Then after work I need to stop at the store for dinner and then need to workout at least for a bit.

Good Morning!

Coming back to work was not fun this morning! I want to be at home... but alas I'm here and I'm counting down the days till Jan 13th (my last day in my current position).

I'm about to go run on the treadmill for a bit at the company gym and then at the end of the day go home make dinner (I'm going to make lamb chops and green beans with sweet potato) and then continue working on my invites. I'm aiming for a Jan 14th date to get them out

At work today, first day back after the holidays and it SUCKS!!!!!!!!! We're uber busy (hence the fact that once the Ontario lines opened here I disappeared off the site and stopped replying to people), and everyone is stressed out trying to get caught up... I am off work at 2:30 and CAN'T WAIT!!!!!!!!!
I need a good workout to destress right now...

Well I already complained about my morning so I'm done with that lol. After work, depending on how I'm operating on no sleep, I'm going to the gym OR crashing! FI has a fire company meeting, he is the fire captain at our local fire station so I'm just making myself a salad for dinner. My dtr has a game so she won't be home either. Boy....now that I think of it, I'm never home alone!

Ah Kimmy, I know EXACTLY how you feel. I could have used another week…or two… before coming back to work. Ah, well. Jenn – I think you need to take advantage of being home alone! Although for me, that always ends up being that I watch ridiculous TV shows and do nothing, haha.

Same ol’ same ol’ for me. I’m excited because I just booked our hotel for our ski trip in February – wahoo! Otherwise just working and going home to chill out. I am in taper phase for my marathon training so I know next week at this time, I’ll be bouncing off the walls with all the extra energy.

We are going to Stowe, VT. We went last year and it was a lot of fun (FI’s first time skiing). We are going to try to do it as an annual tradition.

Ok good kimmy! Lora that will be nice. If been to Killington VT, it was beautiful. Is that near where your going? First time skiing in VT, he has guts! Id be so scared! I guess I'm chicken! Lol

I got called in late today and its been snowing a ton here so it took forever to get to work, ugh. But FI was able to get some things done around the house and now we're just relaxing on the couch. I really should do that cleaning that I didn't get to yesterday...

Well its not morning and it wasn't good. First day back to work in over a week sucks. And its cold. Like REALLY REALLY cold. We actually turned on the heat this morning and its pumping right now. I was supposed to go to the gym tonight but there is no way I'm walking out that front door. Its 54. In South Florida. Supposed to get down to mid 30's tonight. Ugh. How do you girls get motivation to leave the house when its this cold? Maybe I'll do some Wii tennis and boxing to make up for it lol

Jen your lucky, it's 9 right now in PA and feels like -5. I hate going out in this weather. Can you imagine it was a warm 55 on Sunday? We went out with no coats on, it's so funny how different areas react to weather differently. I hope it gets warmer for all of us soon or I'm never gonna go out!!! It's a good night for hot cocoa!!

Sorry ladies, but I'm still off for this week. FI went back today. I did however go into my dress shop and order the accessories I need for my dress at 25% off!! Woo hoo!! Also helped a friend prime his basement walls, so it was quite productive.

Kimmy, your siggy is still huge for me. I love the picture of you and FI though. Super cute!
