Looking at Sedona. Don't know where to start

Hi,
I fell in love with Sedona a few years ago and am looking at having my wedding there. I want to have it outside at one of the state or national park sites. Anyone have any ideas on what locations are the best.
It's got to be a place that's easily accessible. My dress has a bit of train to it.
Any other information on the best florists, officiants, reception areas, etc. are also greatly appreciated.
We've got a bit of tight budget, too.

    Hello Zannyred,
I am a sedona bride too.  I am dong tlaquepaque so not a state park but red rock crossing is beautiful.  We just did our epics their.  Check out some of the sedona wedding planner sites and they can give you packages to fit any budget.  I am using heart of sedona and I love them!  Best of luck and let me know if I can help.

If you are looking for a photographer I highly recommend Birdsong Wedding Photography out of Flagstaff.  He and his assistant are AMAZING.  I do not know what they charge for a wedding (we only did our E-pics with them and are not getting married in AZ) but they are really nice and deliver and amazing product!

I'm getting married in Sedona too! We're doing it at Sedona Golf Resort, though, so i'm not much help on the state park front. But the photogs I've booked do a lot of weddings in sedona, and they sent me a link to one they shot where the wedding was done at Merry-Go-Round rock and the reception was at SGR. Check it out here: http://www.sierrablancophoto.com/2010/03/winyan-and-tim-wedding-merrygo.html

So far the site and photog are all we've booked, but I know we'll be getting our cake from Sedona Sweet Arts, since I've heard nothing but raves about them.

We originally started looking in Sedona to have our wedding but because we have such a tight budget we moved it to Mesa.  Sedona is such a high demand place for tourist and weddings it can get pretty expensive.  When we were looking there we talked to some people about doing the pink jeep tours for a ceremony option also the red rock crossing is very beautiful and popular.  For reception sites we really liked the Sedona Golf Resort next door to the Hilton.  The women that runs events (Janelle) is very nice and will work with you to make sure everything that everything that you need is done.

We just got married in Sedona 10 days ago.  I will have to post some vendor reviews later when I have more time.  We were married at Poco Diablo Resort, so not much help on the state park idea, but we loved our wedding there.  Not as much of the red rock views as you would have with a state park type place, but everything was just beautful and it was nice to have them do so much.  I posted a link to some pics in a separate post.

We used an officiant from Weddings in Sedona, and they also do wedding planning as well, maybe primarily.  They were great to work with for our needs and were helpful with our questions, even though we just used them for an officiant and not for wedding planning.

My fiance and I are getting married at Red Rock Crossing next summer. We had to do something that was easiy access because there will be children. My dress has a medium length train and I am not worried! The view is extra-ordinary. You need a permit to get married there as well, next summer they are only allowing a certain number of weddings a day, so plan ahead!
