Wedding Coordinator

Hello Ladies!
I need a little advice from some Austinites.  My fiance and I both live in Atlanta, GA but will be getting married in Austin.  (Just in case you care why-my fiance is from Texas and lived in Austin for many years and still has lots of friends and family there.  Since my family is more than willing to travel, I have obliged my fiance with his only request about the wedding=to marry in Austin.)
My problem is the lack of knowledge about the area.  My fiance has been helpful and my future sister in law has been tremendously helpful about ideas, however I am stressing about planning this all on my own.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a great wedding coordinator who would be willing to work with a long distance bride?  I am a teacher who will be out of school at the end of May and will have opportunity this summer to travel to Austin to do wedding stuff.  I would really like to have a coordinator in place before then, to use my time more efficiently.
Thanks for the help and congrats to you all! :)

Becky Brock and Cortney Zieky with BZ Events are awesome, as well as Wendee Robbins Sawran with Lucie's Events.

Becky was my coordinator and she was absolutely wonderful! Wendee also helps out with Petal Pushers and did my flowers (which we amazing). You'd be hard pressed to find anyone better than these folks!

    Good luck with your planning!

If you don't have a location yet, booking the Winfield Inn in Kyle (30 min south of Austin) comes with your own personal wedding coordinator, both for planning and the day of. They'll work with you long distance and take care of everything, or you can be more hands-on if you want. So far, we've found them to be v. helpful and accomodating.
