The labels are about 6" long, so we're just printing everything out on regular resume paper, about 5 to a page. Then we're slicing them out with a paper cutter, and then putting them through a Xyron sticker maker.
The sticker maker was $25 at Michael's, but I used a 40% off coupon on it. It takes 20' rolls of sticker tape, and those are about $12, but I keep using my 40% offs to get those, too (I've been on a sticker making spree- It is SO useful)... So it's not dirt cheap, but the results are really nice and worth it to us
Thanks! I can create something in Photoshop too..I might work on that tomorrow..and I might just be a cheap butt and use a glue stick I was thinking I had to use sticker labels, but the gluestick works just the same and people always throw away the envelope anyway lol...thank you!
