Good morning all! 
It is FINALLY friday!  Yay!  Yesterday I did 20 mintues on treadmill in the morning, and then did a new class, Boxing Club Circuit last night.  Was intense.  Like 2 minutes of each exercise, very fast pace.  Great workout.  
Today another hard workout, doing 20 minutes on stairs, treadmill, ellyptical and bike today.  
Saturday and Sunday I have my weekend course, so I might be able to get a workout in on Sunday night.  
I told FI that I would rather NOT get chocolates this Valentine's Day.  He can give me ONE, but if he gives me a box, he is in the dog house!!  I am on such a good track (and he knows it) so it's teamwork to live a healthy lifestyle!
