Yesterday:
D - chicken tenders + fries...had dinner out with our friends
2nd Workout - Circuit with pushups and arm work + speed interval running
Today:
Workout - 5k run this morning at a 8:40/mi pace
B - cereal + protein shake
S - baby spinach salad w/feta & ff dressing, co worker gave me some munchkins too, yes I blame her
TBD:
S - nectarine and apple
D - egg roll + pita chips are packed but may do Wendy's
