  She was FANTASTIC!! Everyone raved about my hair.  The friend who's house we got ready at in Ocean City is still raving about the work Karen did... she said as soon as she saw the job she did on the moms (they went first) she was impressed.  Everyone looked "done" but not over the top! 
  I had her do the airbrush foundation for the wedding, because the ceremony was on the beach and I was worried about the heat and humidity.  She said that airbrush is dryer and would hold better... she only did it on me though.  She said it wouldn't be flattering for the moms and my two bridesmaids did their own makeup... I'll post pics.  Moms got hair and makeup, bridesmaids- just hair (by her assistant who was also wonderful!)

  My hair is going to be similar to yours!  Thanks for the info and pics.  I'm still on the fence about getting airbrush or not.  That may be a game time decision!

  Awesome!  I loved my hair, it was so intricate!  I had taken Karen a picture, and she put even more detail into my hair than was in the picture!  You will love what she does with the hair.
  Being that your wedding is in the summer, I would say go with the airbrush... it's $15 more, but how often do you get to do this, huh?  haha  It definitely stayed all day.  I did put a bit of powder on before the reception.  She put my makeup on at 10:30 and we spent hours outside taking pictures...
