  We're doing prairie production...others include West Loop Studio (their current location is moving from the West loop, but they're not going out of business), Loft on Lake, Room 1520, Ravenswood Event Center (they will let you bring a caterer in, but they will charge you extra for this), architectual artifacts (same deal as the ravenswood event center), etc, etc.  Google is your friend here.
