Need help finding a guest book

Hi ladies

I am trying to make a guest book that is basicially a plain white book that lies flat when open, that i can add small envelopes into.

I've searched everywhere online and come up empty.

Does anyone have any idea where to get one?

I got mine on etsy.com. They have TONS to choose from and the best part is if you find one that is close to what you want you can email the artist and ask them if they can change it a little and they usually do for no extra charge!
