My fiancee and I arranged for Sherri Hayden (Groove Girl Entertainment) to DJ our wedding months ago. Even though we repeatedly asked her for a contract, she refused, telling us “don’t worry, we’re in her book.” Now, a month and a half before the wedding, she emailed and said she “forgot that she had another event that day” and left us without a DJ. (Seriously? Not even a phone call?)
I’m sure there was no prior event. The reason she refused to sign a contract is so she could dump us if something better came along.
If you’re looking for a DJ that is dishonest, unprofessional, shady to the point where she’ll refuse to sign a contract, give Sherri Hayden a call. Otherwise use ANYONE ELSE!
