Oh man, cleaning up my friends list is harder than I imagined. I got it down to 206 from 277.  How to cut the rest?

    Is it someone you've seen in the last 2 years?  If yes, keep them, you probably care.  If not, is it someone you communicate with frequently and wish you could see, but travel plans have not been possible?  If yes, keep them, you probably care.

    If no to either question, de-friend.  If it's someone you're friends with that's like a business, you can "subscribe" instead and put them into your interest lists instead of having to have them in your newsfeed.  Less clutter, more organization and more "personal" things in your newsfeed.

    I only keep people on facebook that if I ran into on the street I would have lunch with them. I figure that if I wouldn't share a quick meal with them, I won't want to hear about their day to day nonsense.
