Confused

I've always envisioned myself in a long white orgnaza gown but now I don't know. Ever since we chnaged our plans and decided to do Vegas, I keep thinking a formal gown would be too much. I came across this dress on Etsy, which is perfect! So should I go with the more simple gown or something totally crazy fancy?!

By the way I showed FI this dress and surprisingly he loved it.

Well I love this dress and the idea of the short dress. Have you thought about a tea length dress? It's more formal than the short and less formal than floor length. Love this dress! It is cute but sophistocated and just a little bit sexy!
A long dress with a big skirt would probably look out of place in Vegas. But it is Vegas and anything goes there

I like that dress too :-)

I wouldn't worry about your dress being too formal or anything like that. I'd almost expect with a DW in Vegas that you'd wear something a little unusual anyway. There are a lot of really pretty white tea length dresses out there.

I'm personally not a fan of tea length wedding dresses but this one I like a lot. I think for Vegas it's perfect. Last time I was in Vegas the weddings I saw the girls wore full length gowns nothing crazy extravagant but very pretty.

I've seen quite a few brides in Vegas with big fancy gowns so I wouldn't necessarily say you would be out of place. Besides, it's your day, wear what you want!

I LOVE this dress!!!! I say wear what you want... I will say you should go try one on before you decide on a tea length dress... I thought I wanted a tea length dress and the moment I put it on I turned around took it off... GL

I wouldn't... Go shopping for short dresses- try non-bridal stores, like department stores, for a bigger selection of shorter dresses. Can you find out who makes that dress in the picture so you can try it on?
