  Oh yes, I agree.  Last time H worked with Dell his CSR was dikshit.  No kidding, we had it in email and everything.

  The issue here is they often have a hard time finding us, and when they do they want to freaking upsell me. Dude, your computer won't do one flucking thing it's supposed to do. It's a POS. Not to mention your sales lady farked up my order in the beginning so that I have to keep this beast for ANOTHER two years. I want to throw it out of a window, not buy an extended waranty. Oh, you can't help me with this leased equipment that you flucked up the original order on that isn't doing basic functions of a computer? Great, thanks.
  
  The particular issue is that the server is unresponsive to commands. Our tech guy cannot figure out what's going on, so I called Dell to find out and they won't help me without charging the company, so I'm SOL since the boss won't approve those kind of purchases.
