I originally asked to include Stacy Crivelli on the Vendor list, and I believe she is still on there. However, I don't believe she is really doing make up like she intended to at the beginning so it would probably be best that she come off of the list. I know she has turned brides down because she doesn't feel like getting up early or doesn't feel like working on certain days (or ever) or travelling certain distances. Overall, I'm pretty sure she's not really doing much make up, except out of her aunt's salon..wherever the heck that is.

So, to sum up: I think it's time she not be recommended anymore. Please & thank you!

    Hey Panther,

    There is one that is on the preferred vendor list AND the vendor beware list. I think that vendor should be taken off the preferred and I would like to add another comment for that vendor to the vendor beware list. I'll PM you if you want.

    OOOOO, could I be nebby and find out too? I don't talk to her. In fact, she got all pissy with me awhile back and defriended me, so now I really don't talk to her. To boot, she was working for my mom & sister and walked out on them recently..so I'm REALLY not talking to her now. But I'm curious, especially since I was the one that got her on the vendor list and tried to help her create a side business for this because she really is good at it (she worked at Clinique for 7+ years), so I sort of take offense to her being a b!tch to the people that may have gotten her name from the list via my recommendation..ya know what I mean?

    carcrash- Sorry I meant a different vendor that I went to recently..... Sorry for the confusion. But that is really really terrible that this lady did that to you! I mean really really pathetic. I don't understand how vendors don't know that brides DO talk to each other. Especially on here. A lot of brides also go back after the wedding and put reviews of all their vendors up since they found out through wedding planning how important those reviews are. I don't know what vendors are thinking.... A few really bad reviews can destroy their business.

    Woops, I totally misinterpreted..so sorry! But I agree. As for this particular vendor-I agree. She was supposed to do the makeup for my sister's BIL's wedding this past weekend and we suspect she didn't show up. My sister had given the couple a heads up, so I believe they were able to make other arrangements and my mom forgot to ask if she did show up or definitely did not....but we suspect she did not. I can't even imagine acting like that!

    I'm sorry you've had problems with another vendor, it's such a bummer to have to deal with crummy vendors!
