Hi Ladies,
Just thought I should introduce myself since I plan to be a regular on here throughout my wedding planning. I'm newly engaged but not new to the knot. I must admit, I've been a lurker for years, ever since I helped my best friend plan her wedding & fell in love with the process. Since then I've frequented the knot for vendor reviews & unique ideas. I wanted to be prepared when my time came (I'm a bit of a planner & a bit OCD) and well, it's finally here! I've found the knot to be an invaluable resource for everything wedding and I hope to continue to use it for my planning & perhaps contribute some thoughts & ideas that might help other brides as well.
Just a bit about myself & my fiance for anyone who's curious, we became engaged over the weekend after 4 1/2 years together. We would have already been married but when we had the funds a couple of years ago & had the choice of a wedding or a house we chose to buy a house. Being home owners together has really been a wonderful experience and now all we have left to do is make it official & tie the knot! We are thinking of a small, intimate June 2012 wedding with a max of 60 guests.
