  • I didn't end up booking there, but I was quoted 110 pp for a Friday night in January.

  • From what I remember, their pricing is varies based on the time of year.  I think I was quoted $135 for a Saturday in March, $145 for a Saturday in April or May?

  • nda8414 - we booked the Ballroom at the Ben for July 5, 2013!  We love it there.  The price in our contract is $110 per person w/ everything included (dessert room, cake, cocktail hour butlered hors d'ouerves and stations - all of which we thought we'd have to cut out to get the price). It's a Friday in July, which they consider to be off-season, but it was our first choice for a date, since it's a holiday weekend and lots of our friends and family will have off.  I love working w/ Laura and I can't wait to do more planning w/ her!!

We went with Tendenza. It's going to cost us more, but we loved the nontraditional feel.

  • Do you know how much a wedding at the Ben cost for a November wedding? I'm planning on getting married in nov of 2013.
  • Hey Ladies! I know I am super late but figured I would share anyway and  maybe help some future bride looking at the Ballroom at the Ben. I am booked for a Friday wedding  in august! I really love the venue and they give you a lot for the price. I was quoted 115 a person with a minimum of 150 adults. Sunday was $110 but still 150 minimum. I forget how much Saturday in August was (maybe $135 a person) but had a 180 minimum. IIf your looking for a grand traditional wedding, BATB is a really great option!

For that price you get uplighting, pin spot lighting on the tables, cake, viennesse room (not just a table), cocktail hour with 6 stations and passed hor dorves,  and three choices of entree. All entriees are the same price so its not extra if you want for example filet mignon. you also get an ice sculpture. You are also close to a ton of hotels, we have a room block at the marriott philadelphia downtown which is only four blocks away.

    Hope this helps!
