Welcome Letter?

Hi all,

All of my guests are going to be staying at different hotels, so rather than have a welcome kit waiting for them when they arrive I am planning on sending out a letter ahead of time to the homes of everyone who has RSVPed "yes." Does anyone have a template of some kind that might work for this purpose? I would SO appreciate it!

    My friend did this for her wedding, and it was nice as a guest to get a letter a few weeks before the wedding. It got us really excited for everything! I think it's a great idea.

    We were in a wedding last month.  We received a packet with a map of the downtown, some places to visit and attractions, and a restaurant guide.  Also there were two local guides that they put in hotel rooms.  All were very helpful and we love your city a lot.
