Small Size Reception Venues

Hi All,


I'm hoping someone can give me some ideas I'm looking for a venue to accommodate a small reception of about 40-50 people. Needs to have a ceremony and reception area. Looking in the Pocono's or Lehigh valley.

    We had our wedding reception at Magnolia's in Orefield, PA.  We had 80 people and it was a bit tight so I think it would work well for a smaller party.  They place has so much character, that's why we loved it.  Worth a look!

    We had our reception at Silver Creek Country Club in Hellertown (Lehigh Valley). They have a beautiful outdoor patio that overlooks the course to have a ceremony and a beautiful room for your reception. Depending on the time of year I'd probably suggest the smaller of the two rooms for your reception. There are big beautiful windows that have small balcony's that can be opened in the spring/summer/early fall and if your weather is cooler, they have a great fireplace.
