Hi!! Hope you're still around... quick qu - what was name of the great Mexican restaurant that you recommended in Philly a while back? FI and I are looking for a good v-day spot for this saturday night and I thought of this!! Thanks so much!

I know this isn't directed at me but Plaza Azteca in Plymouth Meeting is suppose to be good. It's where the old Macaroni Grill use to be.

Thank amy! We live near Plymouth Meeting and go to Azteca all the time! It is delicious, but we were looking for a more upscale option for a nice night out - preferably in downtown philly! Thanks though!

You might want to check out Distrito. It's Jose Garce's restaurant around Penn's campus I think.

Lol! Funny you say that! I made a reservation there per my friend's suggestion! I have 4 random reservations for Saturday - now just need to talk to FI! Here's what I have:

Amis
Distrito
Table 31
Amada

ETA: We're not specifically looking for Mexican, just remember that Phillychica recommended a Mexican restaurant to me once! Thanks again!

Oh yay!! thanks so much!! I had a feeling it was Tequilla's! I just made a reservation there too! Lol.. I'm on a roll. I need to talk with FI tonight and decide, then begin the cancelling! haha Thanks SO much!

I always get so sad on this board when people talk about doing things around Pittsburgh...
