Two program questions

Hi ladies,
I've been looking at wedding programs, and I have seen some that just include the wedding party and some that include the names of their helpers (personal attendant, gift table, programs, etc.) and I was wondering what you did?  Originally I thought to include everyone, but not I'm not sure.  Opinions?

Ok my second question (I posted this on DIY but wanted your feedback too)...  I am hopefully making fan programs for my outdoor wedding from this template:
http://www.ayleebits.com/2006/06/10/diy-fan-programs/ and even using 110lb cardstock it seems kind of flimsy.  Has anyone else made these and run into that problem?  Are there different kinds of 110lb cardstock and/or is there a way to make the fans stiffer?

TIA!

We included 'everyone' but that was just our WP, ushers (siblings), parents, and officiants.  We didn't have flower girls, readers, attendants or anything like that.

I think that cardstock should be more than fine.

We included everyone.  I have a template of it in my planning bio.  Link in siggy.

I have no idea on the fan program, sorry!  = )

We included everyone. I have a picture of each page on my bio under DIY if that helps...

In our programs we included Parents, WP, Ushers, FG, Officiate and Readers. Basically anyone that was a part of the actual ceremony.

As for the programs we actually did the fan programs that you are talking about. We went to Paper Depot and got the template for their fan program Die-cuts. Then, we created the programs in word and printed them out on regular cardstock that we had gotten at Paper Depot. Once we printed them we cut them at Paper Depot and then put them together using pin-things that we got at Michael's to connect them together at the bottom.

They seemed to stay up just fine cause we had people during the ceremony that were using them as fans. I don't have any good pics of them back yet. But, feel free to ask any questions and I can help out where I can. I also have the template that we used to create them if that would help at all.

    We included:

    Parents
    Grandparents
    Officiant
    Bridesmaids
    Groomsmen
    Ushers
    Personal Attendants
    Greeters

In other words, every person who wore a corsage our boutonniere. Not including personal attendants and other helpers is a major faux-pas, in my opinion. They're using their time and energy to help and deserve a shout-out.

I suck at DIY so I'm of no use on the cardstock question.
