Ceremony Under a Tree? Help!

It's my dream to get married under a big oak tree like this:

The couple exchanged vows under a 270-year-old oak tree. The former pastor of Danielle’s childhood church (a family friend) officiated.

But I can't find any New England venues (with site fees under $4000) that have anything that comes close for a ceremony site. Any suggestions??? I'm open to parks or anything (although I want to keep rain plans in mind)! Any RI/MA/CT brides get married under a tree? (And not pines. I have an inexplicably strong aversion to coniferous trees.)

You might have more options if your ceremony site is not also the same site as your reception. For instance Colt State Park has an outdoor ceremony space surrounded by trees and a pavilion for a rain plan. The cost to rent the outdoor chapel space is $15 for 3 hrs and $35 for the adjoining pavilion. There is also Clouds Hill Victorian Mansion which you can rent just for the ceremony, the grounds are beautiful and there are big shady trees.
