  I'm not against the idea of a facebook group, but I do think it should be a closed group so no randos on facebook can join.  So as long as you request to join the group and can identify your TK name you can get it.  Everyone on the board would have to be welcome, obviously.  I wouldn't want the fb group to be "exclusive."

  The closed group idea works great. I am a part of both the FB groups for the Christian Weddings board and for the Destination Weddings board and never had a problem with either of them!

  I thought the closed and non-exclusive things were pretty standard and understood, so I didn't mention it.  So...I tried to start the group just now and it says I need a friend to add to it before it will start the group.  Anybody wanna give me here or in a PM their fb name and I can start it?  Or somebody else can, it doesn't matter to me.  My name is unsearchable to non-friends (career decision), so I have to look for somebody else in order to friend anybody.

  If its a closed group it can still be searched, unlike a private group.... so if you tell us what its called after you make it we can search for it and request to be members

  Ok, I started it.  I needed somebody to be my actual friend in order to start it, so that's why Katie, you have a request lol.  I thought it would work right off the bat, so I got impatient and added my other friend Katie who is a 9.12 bride and has an account on here but never posts.  She can either stay or delete herself, but I needed somebody.  So...here's a link!  
  
  Do we have a mod?  Maybe somebody could sticky a link to the fb page at the top so people can join.  *edit* You can request to join, so I don't have to open it to the public at all initially.  Yay for that.
  
  Does anybody else want to be admin in the group?  I'm pretty available, but if anybody wants to head up that responsibility, I'd be happy to add.
