Hey ladies! My name is Kathy and FI and I are from Cleveland, OH. I just graduated from a Pittsburgh college in May, and FI will be graduating law school next May before our wedding in September. 

Just wanted to introduce myself before I start creeping on the board and randomly commenting Wink

    We both live near Parma now (help! haha) and separately. I actually love my apartment right now, but when we get married we'll be looking either near Strongsville or Lakewood :) I'm interning in Beachwood right now but looking for jobs downtown so we'll see how things fall into place!

    Thanks OOTMother! Smile We met while in college and that is the basilica on campus. It is even more stunning in person!

    That is beautiful @chelseamb11!!

    The only reason we are favoring Strongsville is we live so close (i love that mall) and we've been to open houses for fun that were amazing. I've only been to Lakewood once, but hear such great things about it!

    Lakewood has an AMAZING independent restaurant and diverse resident population......  Andplusalso, if you work downtown, commuting from Strongsville will be a bey-otch, especially with the innerbelt bridge construction ramping up intil 2016.

    Isn't Melt over there? nom nom nommmm amazingness. We'll definitely have to check that out and you are SO right about that commute. Parma to Beachwood every morning is making me insane!!

    Like I said, go to the Cleveland Heights one instead of the Lakewood one.  If you get there at 11am for lunch or 5pm for dinner, there is little to no wait.  Cleveland has a late dinner hour, so as a rule of thumb, if you don't have a reservation for a restaurant, you may want to try to not eat between 6:30 and 8, otherwise you probably will have a wait :).
