Hi girls,

This is my first official post as an engaged woman (!!!) aside from the newbie survey. :)

And, since we like to hit the ground running, I'm venue stalking.

Anyone have any info on The Bath Club? Cost? Who we shoud work with? Any info (good or bad) would be very much appreciated!

    Yes, I have heard about The Bath House. Ever since it has changed management the rental prices have sky rocketed. I believe rental cost was something like 10k and up and it was just for renting the space.

    I'm going to have about half my guests from out of town, so I don't want them dragged too far from where they can have fun. Schnebly's would be awesome, but I can't do that to people who don't know their way around unless I pay for transportation, and I don't know if we can afford that.

    I don't have a CLUE where we should go. I'd like to be on the beach, but I'd like to keep it to $100/person.

    Help! LOL.

    Congrats and welcome!!

    What about a hotel? All sorts of places for ceremonies and receptions. Plus, they give you discounts on rooms. My BIL got married at Embassy Suites up here in Palm Beach Gardens, they discounted their guest rooms and he got a free wedding night room!

    If you are considering to have it close to the beach then check The Palms Hotel In Miami Beach, B Ocean Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, or the Newport Beach (?) in Sunny Isles.

    i had inquired with the bath club. i fell in love with it. they were asking 20k just for rental fee - it did include soem stuff - valet, tables, ghost chairs, linens, all lounge furniture, etc.but still need catering on top of that cost. im sure its negotiable, worth a shot.

    i ended up at the four seasons and couldnt have been happier!!!

    Yes, I totally agree. The prices to rent are super high. IMO, the place is soo blah!!
