Does anyone know of a vegan caterer in Edmonton, or of a catering company with experience in a completely vegan menu. TIA

    not sure if they would do outside catering but have you looked into Padmanadi?

    I have one in Calgary "Custom Homestyle Catering." Our wedding is half meat/half vegan and she seems to really know what she's doing. She might be willing to travel.

    Padmanadi is our favourite restaurant (the only vegan restaurant in Edmonton that I know of!), and they definitely cater. My FI and I had our first date there, (I'm vegan) and he loves it as much as I do. We've been there at least once a month every month since that first date and we're actually going to have our wedding reception there in the restaurant!
