Texas Summer Wedding Favor Ideas?

We are having our wedding in June 2012, it's probably going to be ridiculously hot outside which is where our ceremony will be.The reception will be indoors. I was debating on doing those folding fans for the ceremony for people, but I do not want those to be the favors.
Do y'all have any suggesions for cute, easy, CHEAP favor ideas, they can even be DIY ideas, I've gotten pretty crafty lately! Our wedding colors are black, white and silver so I'd like to keep our favors in that color range.
We've debated on the photo coasters but I thought about it and I don't think I like the idea, we've also toyed with the boxes with candy, but still kind of not a fan. lol I know I'm probably being outlandishly picky but it's my speical day, I want it and the favors to be amazing!

    I think the cheapest kind of favor you can do is a clear cellophane bag with a few pieces of candy in it, and then tie the bag with some ribbon. The cello bags themselves are only pennies each.
