Ceremony help - DIY ceremony order

We had a friend get ordained for the day to perform our ceremony.  I'm getting it all together for the programs and I want to make sure this sounds right.  It's basically non-denominational and I want to make sure the order is ok:

Processional

Welcoming

The Giving of Marriage

Opening

Exchange of Vows

Exchange of Rings

Closing Remarks

Declaration of Marriage

Presentation of the Bride and Groom

Recessional

Also, is it necessary to have readings, because we weren't going to have any.  But every site I looked up has like 3 readings.  Thanks!

You don't have to have a reading.  I probably will have one (non religous), but my brother did not.  His wedding, I think it took longer to walk down the aisle than the entire duration of the ceremony.

As for your first question, the order looks good to me.

Readings are not necessary.  I think the ones you've seen have 3 because I believe the Catholic ceremony has three.

Your order looks good to me!
