I bought a mermaid slip to dye and I actually will not be needing it because my seamstress is going to add colored tulle to the tulle that's already in my dress.
Anyways, it fits up to a street dress size 6 and has one removable hoop in the very bottom. I paid 40 and I am asking 25 (including shipping).
