  I'm not sure if you have visited yet but the guy that runs it is amazing! We met with him and saw the space which is very cool but we felt it was too out of the way for our out of town guest to get to hotels. We were also concerned about having a fall wedding when they would be having corn mazes and lost of activities. It also smelled like a barn. The other issue was that to get to the bathroom you had to use stairs which would be an issue for our older family members. I can't remember their kitchen arrangements. The facility is unique because it is the only barn that we found that was climate controlled and the scenery can't be beat. A true barn wedding. 

  
  

  We decided to go with Muhlhauser barn in West Chester because it looks like a barn but the inside is brand new. The price between the two was only about $100 or so different.

  check out the Hughes Barn. We were originally booked at Neiderman but left it for Hughes. It's not an active farm so it doesn't have that smell. Costs are about the same. Plus the barn may be a little bigger. I LOVE IT!
