Taking Dinner Orders

Does anyone have any good ideas on the most efficient way to take dinner orders? The bride & groom don't want to send menu cards with the invites and also don't want place a card at each person's place that they can turn one way or the other, say if they want chicken or beef. Also they would like to keep the staff to a minimum. Any thoughts???

Not making it easy on themselves are they?

Ask guests to email their dinner selection to the couple. Then they can create a seating chart with the dinner selections on it to give to the serving staff. Theoretically that should do the trick.

Is telekinesis out of the question? If so, then options are limited.  Is there a reason they don't want to send a menu card out with invites? I'd understand if food was still undecided, but anyways....I'm going to agree with Kaesha and the e-mail route.
