Hi. I'm new to this. I was able to get a beautiful venue in Nassau county that will make an exception for me to use an outside caterer. I'm having a lot of difficulty finding African or Caribbean caterers in NYC or Long Island. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any idea how much it would cost to feed 300 guests? Thanks!
