    What is your question exactly?  How do you get in contact with the venue?  Call them.  Go there in person if possible.

    What does your contract say the procedure is for changing your date?  

    Instead of emailing him, pick up the phone and call him.  If you are unhappy with the responsiveness, tell him so.
