Hair and Makeup Time?

Hey Knotties,

I am trying to figure out approximately how long it will take for my maids (3) and I to get ready on the big day. I will likely hire a hair stylist and make up artist to come to our location and help us get ready. My FI and I are trying to figure out get ready time and ceremony time due to our various room rentals, so any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

The rule of thumb is 1½ hours for the bride and an hour for everyone else for hair and makeup (not including getting dressed). But I suggest padding that a little bit--I took closer to 2 hours just for myself and ended up being a little rushed at the end.
