Cancel my bridal shower?

My bridal shower is next weekend. My MOH invited 25 guests with most of them being out of town, I just wanted my family to know that they are important to me even if they can't make it.
So far only the MOH, my mom and I have RSVPed. Everyone else declined because they are out of town and there are only 2 people (they are my bridesmaids) + FMIL left that's in town and haven't RSVPed.  
I would be a bit sad but should I just ask MOH to cancel it?

    Dont' cancel - take the time to relax and enjoy it. I'm sure your MoH put a lot of effort into it, so at least take the time to spend a little extra time with those ladies closest to you :)

    I agree with PP.  Just enjoy your shower and those that want to share that moment with you.  Everyone needs some time to take a break and breathe after all of this planning. You will have a great time.

    Don't cancel your shower. Like everyone said above, take the time to relax and enjoy it. I'm sure everyone put a lot of time and effort into it, so make it the best you can.
    Our shower was on the HOTTEST day of the year. It was a surprise to us, even though many cancelled at the last minute due to the heat, my bridesmaid's made some minor changes and moved the event indoors, it turned out great.
    The ones who really mean a lot will be there and wouldn't miss your shower for the world. The others, may have preplanned and made sure something special is there for you anyway, even if they couldn't make it.
    At my shower the following week, I had a lot of calls from ones who couldn't make it apploigizing but wanting to know how the shower went.
    Keep your head up, everything will turn out great.

    Don't cancel. Mine was small 7 people plus me. I loved it. It was still fun to chill and relax and share with those close to me.

    My shower was 8 people.  The girls that put it together put a lot of work into and I really appreciated it.  I was really heartbroken though because my IN TOWN family didn't show.  I had more friends from school than family there, and they didn't bring me anything, just wanted to be there.  It was rough, but it still meant a lot to me.

    Enjoy it and all the time you'll get to spend with the people closest to you!  I went to a shower a few years back with 6 people present including the bride...she loved it!

    One of my pals forgot to get the invites sent in time and it ended up being disaster!
