    I am sad.... I hit my goal weight of 115 last week, but I am up a pound today. I dont think I ate well all weekend so its my own fault. Since we are still 3 months out, I have changed my goal weight to 110.

    Weight Loss to Date: 8.5 lbs
    Goal Weight: 103
    B: Mixed nuts
    L: chicken breast
    D: Salad with shrimp

    E: Hopefully I will run 1.5 miles tonight.

    Another 7.5 lbs to go.  Ugh.  I'm OVER eating chicken breast and salad.
